Hi, to be clear, OPT 3 --> 25€ (full harness C64/C128 without cartridge) is useful if I already have a dead test cartridge? This will work with any dead test cartridge? Thanks.

Sorry this uses the the 2 prong adapter. The AC Adapter in this is working perfectly.
