I also sent them a message on website contact form, pending response. BTW I'm still using their acrylic case for MFIII+ since 2015 and I can assure you, their cases are top quality. Wish they offered more cases for other hardware.

I got mine (with an audio problem) fixed locally. In UK you must have many options. I read Mutant Catterpillar based in Anglesey, Wales is very good. At the other end of the spectrum is Amiga Kit. (Complaints about sloppy jobs.)
