yes that is correct Only the Interlaced mode flickers...but nevermind that if it supports HDMI with D-SUB (VGA) it is easily changed and in ONE monitor If somebody here recommend one monitor that has all these atributes - supporting 15kHz (PAL) and 192x1080 (HDMI) in one without any flickering...
