    The Blizzard has NCR SCSI Chip with two Oscillators, I think it's Phase 5 not DCE. The board comes with RTC battery mod,and the CPU is socketed. With the current scsi configuration (Asynchronous) and with a fast scsi HDD it can reach 7-8 mb/s
