There are no sensible solutions to USB/LAN on an A1000 that I'm aware of. If you instead opt for the TF534, it will have an SPI port that should get support for cheap Arduino LAN adapters at some point. I don't believe you will have this option with a TK.

Megachip for A500, A2000, and CDTV (rj1307 project, Poland) There’s no risk. NTSC Amiga Rev 5 works fine, even if you leave the NTSC oscillator in place. No 8375 NTSC Agnus have been tested with this adapter, but they should work just the same. [Edit]. Okay, there’s always risk. ;)

The chip RAM modifications to your A500 should have no effect here. The pin that is blocked can be bent out of the way and that cable used without issue. The extra pin is sometimes used to send power to some boards and is not relevant here anyway if your externally powering that Cf adapter...
