Turns out, I just needed to trigger an apt-get update && apt-get upgrade to find out there were some leftovers. Running a apt-get autoremove solved the issue. Man, the command line is never a letdown...

I've just finished a dist-upgrade for my Lubuntu. The process could not be completed, I rebooted and everythng was ok. I went back to "System upgrader" and it detects an incomplete situation: When I trigger the "partial upgrade" it says there's nothing to updates. Usual Ubuntu woes ...
