I have a MacBook Pro, early 2008 (not a Unibody!), 17", which works well and has a good battery. I don't have a spare MagSafe adapter for it, however. The Mac has 500GB of HDD and Snow Leopard installed. I think it has 4GB RAM as well and the CPU is a Core 2 Duo @ 2.5GHz. PM me if you're interested.
