I don’t believe this is a NASA Amiga. It appears to be a Memory Analysis System developed by HPL (Heuristic Physics Lab, later HPL Technologies). A later iteration of this system was released as the Heuristic Physics Lab BTMA-2500 Series Memory Analysis System
