Thank you for all the replies. I'm good for another board and repair option.

My a500+ has unfortunately died today.. motherboard already had serious corrosion, and has now given up. Tried everything (sockets,ram,chiptester,change chips etc), but now even diagrom does not do anything over serial anymore. I have all working custom chips, so bare working board would be ok...

Indeed was thinking the same. Tried yesterday to make some sense from the files from the github (never used kicad). To upload them to JLCPCB but cannot make heads or tails from all these files on the github..

Here on amibay, a friendly user will build one for me in the future.
