That seems very odd, coming from any other computer at all. There's no real reason sidescrollers and adventure games shouldn't be able to be played with a keyboard. But if that's how it is, that's how it is. I only wish I'd known prior to its arrival, then I'd have ordered one ahead of time...

So my Amiga A1200 showed up today, and it has a bunch of games preloaded with WHDLoad. Plugged in my mouse with an adapter, and I can start games by double-clicking on them, and I can exit games with whatever the machine expects to quit a game (F10, PRT SCR, etc), but I can press every key on...

Ah, that's a long drive from me (Riverside). Ikegami HTM-1505R1 Quite a few CRT's go up that high. Even consumer TV sets that had HDMI toward the end of CRT TV's being a thing.

If you just need 15/31 (and nothing in-between) I can probably help you. I've got a 14" Ikegami that does 15 and then 31, 720p, and 1080i. Where-abouts in CA are you?

Searching for a few desk-sized multi-scan monitors. Actually searching for just one, but a few different models. Commodore 1960 preferred, then a tri-sync Sharp or Commodore Ranger. Would also accept something comparable that does 15khz-36khz in a 14-20" size. Not afraid of shipping prices...
