    Power supply seems OK. It's not unusual for the 5V to be high when floating as they do not regulate well when unloaded. 4.95v under load is within tolerance. 11VDC is ok. The 9VAC output is just a straight transformer, no regulation, and it's not unusual for it to be 11-12v depending on load and...

    Does the issue only affect 466 boards? I have one from the earlier run intended for a 469, not installed yet. I do recall you asking me when I ordered if it was for a 466 or 469.
