The idea is to use a voltage divider to pull down the audio signals down to what the audio board will accept.
I found that for the CDTV audio signals on the video slot, using a voltage divider with 4.7K and 1K resistords...
As I said previously, the (Paula) audio signals (L G G R) seems to present on the board - so you should be able to take it from there.
But again, I don't know whether my resistor board is required or not, or whether the resistor values are correct, for these audio signals on an A2000. This...

The board is clear on the other side, so physically there is no issue fitting the audio daughter board. And the audio signals are available, with or without the resistor adapter board, depending on the audio signals of the A2000.
You should ask the creator of this RGBtoHDMI...

Electrically, it should work, but it depends on the other side of the board, which I cannot find any pictures or images of.
And I see that there are audio signal headers on the board too, but I don't know whether the resitor board will be required to reduce the audio signals...
This kit is specifically for the RGBtoHDMI CDTV V2 boards.
But the audio add-on board was designed for any RGBtoHDMI solution. You just need to figure out whether it will fit your RGBtoHDMI board, where to solder it on to and how to get the audio signals to it.
You can buy the generic audio...

The audio signals at that location are probably/possibly OK to be connected directly to the audio add-on board. You will have to try and see if it works.
But to you need to figure out how to get those audio signals to the audio add-on board pads.

Where on the CDTV motherboard are these L, R, GND signals you are referring to?
The RGBtoHDMI CDTV V2 boards exposes the AUDL and AUDR signals that are on the board connector. It has been found that these AUDL and AUDR audio signals on the connector are not at the expected levels...
