Yeah, they've messaged me, I think they'd be better off looking at a one-off purple anodisation Or powder-coating of one of the raw faceplates rather than trying to get something printed - Dyed Glass Fibre Nylon works out around $340 for a one-off print from PCB way - and these aluminium ones...
Oh neat, X-ray including all the chips? Very cool!
I’m heading over to my parents place shortly, I’ll bring it home with me and take a picture - I wonder if mine is a CBM or AT version…
Idly browsing ebay and spotted this listing: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175404856347
It mentions that there are only three known to exist and that he owns two, including the one for sale.
Do we know if this is accurate at all, because I think I have the third one...
Trouble with floppy drive covers is that it depends on the drive type - there are differences in terms of activity LED placement, eject buttons, drive size etc.

How's this?
I think I also need to take another look at the drive covers for the 3.5 inch bays, I'm aware that there were fat and thin versions to account for older and newer floppy drives.
I also have a design somewhere for a compactflash adapter cover which I can dig up.
Yup, I'll tweak the design to make it work better, I have to say, it looks awesome - kudos to the fabricator as it wasn't designed at all for milling!
Merry Christmas all :D
