In the guide for this adaptor is also written, that V should be set to 12.5V. I will try run my 27C160 through a cleaner/eraser and try with 200 US pulse delay setting too :) <...

I have problems with 27C128 and 27C64 in version 6.60 where a error pops after 25 % and the work-around here is to choose 27128 and 2764 instead (without C), which is absurd because it is another revision of the same model :picard

thank you for the reply. I have not experienced any issue with the older revision of the firmware. The nice about the new one is the new implemented IC support (example M27C128A in my case), but I still feel that the former version 6.50 was better.
