Looking for either the VGA or RGB add-on card for the Applied Engineering Ramworks III card.

As the title says, I'm looking for the User's Guide for the Apple FDHD 3.5" floppy drive also known as Superdrive. I"ve checked the usual documentation archives and can't find it.

Looking for an Apple II (or IIe if it's a separate version) RGB interface card. AppleColor RGB monitors are plentiful but the interface card for the II is scarce.
