As you can't rely on an email reaching its destination, the only way of knowing for sure that it's been received is to get a response. It would be frustrating to be 5 months down the road and find your original email hadn't made it. Hopefully my order has been received :)

Was that 5 months when you got your first reply? I've sent an email to kipper but with no response I don't know if it's been received, junked in the spam folder etc.
