i'm currently assembling some prelude/mpegit and get the same issue.
the problem come from the mach211 when it warm. very likely timing issue, i tried 3 mach211, they all behave differently despite being the same speed.
some "fail" very quickly, while some can work for hours with no troubles...
can't really tell for the "T" but i have mine overclocked to 75 MHz for 15 years now in my 3000D.
there's no particular issue, except the INT2 modification if you plan to use the Mk3 scsi.

for sale 7 snark barker for MCA bus and 5 for ISA bus.
i assembled them, and used new components (except for yamaha and philips IC's of course) from mouser/farnell.
pcb's were made at JLCPCB and i choosed ENIG finish (gold plated edge connector)
all IC's are socketed on the MCA version...
get packet today, with no troubles. despite the fact the address was incomplete despite the fact i gived it twice... and don't really bother you for asking me to confirm...
