As far as I remember, you need revision B (8372B), or 8375 on small bridgeboard which costs a lot.

For some stupid reason I unlocked one by one upgrade and at the end concluded that 32MB is enough RAM for my needs. If you wish (and buy it) you can unlock full 64MB. Works perfect, btw. That's all.
