Oh... that's an XC variant, which I want to avoid.

Well, I have a MC variant, but this one is marked as 16Mhz, even if it's 50Mhz (a well known "issue") :)
Erm... what do you mean exactly? :unsure:
All 68882 are exactly the same. Motorola simply marked they with the buyer willing: if the contractor wants 16MHz parts, that's the label on the chips.
I still have to grab one of those marked as low frequency that refuse to run at 50MHz!
