Price drop to £55 posted - if you want a WHDLOAD A1200 - it's a good card to get you started with a harddrive flash replacement kit.:blink:
I might be interested.
Have you got a screenshot of sysinfo showing the performance against a standard 1200?
And of course a picture of the card :thumbsup:

Second in line please.
@Dave
The Bliz 1220 4 is actually slightly faster than an M-Tec 1230 @ 25mhz :cool:
They are a great little card for a basic system.
Steve.
Some interesting info over at EAB I was reading a while back, post #5:
http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=33243
Blizzard 1220: 4849 Dhrystones, 5.06 Mips, 3.98 Vs. standard A1200
I can't find the one on the M-Tec but IIRC it was about 4.9mips something to do with the Ram access.
Anyway, point is the Bliz 1220 4 is a pretty capable little card :cool:
Steve.
Edit, Mtec 1230 @28mhz is 5.4mips in sysinfo so it just a little faster than the 1220/4
@all
Thanks for the info guys. Very useful stuff.
It will fit in well with my plan to at long last knuckle down and learn 'C' :)
Just need a piccy now :thumbsup:

My B1220 gets 0.98x the speed of A3000 030/25 when tested/compared in SysSpeed if I remeber correctly...
Anyway it gives the standard A1200 a nice speedboost... :)
