both boards boot fine, caps fixed, board 1 has some (2 to be exact) lifted cap pads, (which I traced to their respective vias), I tried to give them a good testing, no intermittent problems so I believe they can be both saved. ram clips look fine. They will ship with accompanying daughter boards and plastic cpu risers .
