GoldenGate 486SLC for A4000 motherboard

Hi folks,

I have a fully working boxed GoldenGate 486SLC bridgeboard with 4mb ram that I want to swap for a fully working A4000 motherboard. The A4000 board must be fully working ie perfect sound, no leakage etc. as its to replace my current one that has no sound. Also must either have a soldered buster 11 or at least a socketed buster. I will throw in an ET4000 ISA video card with the deal. The GG card is in great condition with all manuals etc.

Hi, your talk so much about the A4000 Mobo
but what can you tell us about your Bridgeboard?

Many Questions:

- Is it 486SLC 25MHz or 50MHz?
- Does it come with FPU?
- Does it have the IDE Controller option onboard?
- Does it have the Floppy Controller option onboard?
- Does it come with the Monitor Master Switch?
- Are original Drivers included?

Sorry for the minimal description ... This is what's on offer:

- GoldenGate SLC486 25mhz Bridgeboard
- Floppy controller chip installed
- PC floppy and IDE connectors onboard
- No 387 FPU
- 4x 1mb sims
- Goldmine driver disks
- IDE & Floppy cables
- Boxed in good condition
- All manuals in good condition
- 1mb ET4000 SVGA ISA card
- 68000 CPU adapter for Amiga 1500/2000

Also a 720k MSDOS 6.22 boot disk to fdisk, format a hard drive/partition

Only getting rid of it so I can get the sound working on my A4000 and as I have several MMX PC's I can't justify this card as well :-(

Would you consider selling your faulty A4000 mainboard ?

Hi Cosmos - yep - very interested ... what specs are the A4000 board? I will post pictures of the GoldenGate and accessories in a bit ...

Is the GoldenGate 486SLC still for swap?

Aaah, I ended up getting Hikey to refurb my A4000 board so don't need one anymore ... but if you are interested, I'd consider a selling the GG486 for £150.

Ermmmmm..... Maybe I'm wrong but reading posts I think Cosmos has declared interest and.... where is the previous post about agreement with Hikey? :blink:
