I have recently tested both and they are working, has cooling fan as well.
NO original box, manual and disks for the CS MK II. They went with a previous CS MK II I sold here on Amibay.

Hi Dale, just so you know a Rev1 is perfect for these boards as they are not meant to be clocked above 66MHz otherwise you’ll loose SCSI... I have rev1 on my Cyberstorm PPC and wanted to replace it but really it never failed me so it’s still there!
