I'm selling my rev2.0 FlickerFixer II for 140 Euros (shipping costs included). features:
-supports HighGfx 1024x768 screenmodes, Super HiRes... and deinterlaces them.
-doubles PAL/NTSC... even/Super72/DoublePAL/DoubleNTSC/HighGfx...
-It's 24bit, no colour banding in Amiga demos
-Includes a SVHS and composite video outputs too.

It's perfect for A4000T.
