8MB 1mx4 DIP chips

I'm looking for 8MB 1M×4 20-pin DIP chips 60ns for my
VXL*30 turbo card.
They must be all (16 pieces) of the same
brand/manufacturer and same speed (60ns).

If nobody has the 60ns DIPs :(, then I'll be interested in the
slower 70ns or 80ns. But it must be 8MB 1Mx4 (16pcs).

I have the chips, posted to Netherlands $85.00. I will even throw in 8 spares. These are new toshiba chips 60ns.

IIRC, Coze is selling those chips, too.

no, unfortunately ones I have are 256kx4. probably usable, but will only give 2 mb.

That's right. I have 2MB allready, but want to expand the memory to the max!
And I found it! I'm waiting for 8MB 1Mx4 DIPs from member LTAC. :)
