Hi,

I tried it with the ACA630/56 and i also tried it with the ACa1230, no problems at all. It doesnt get in the way of the ACA630 either.

Hi, Only option with Canada post for international is Express post which is insured/trackable and also $58.21, not too cheap, let me know what you want to do

I also got quotes from DHL and Fedex, same price within a couple of dollars, i guess big companies have got buying powers with these shipping companies as i know the costs are a lot cheaper when you buy from them.

If you are worried about a lost package you could always put 2 in separate envelopes and pay the 2 shipping charges. Chances of 2 envelopes going missing is slimmer

No, it sits above the PCMCIA slot so you have to create an opening above (extend) the PCMCIA slot.

You can use both PCMCIA & the adapter together :thumbsup:

I got my board. It looks quite slick. I haven't modified the case to allow for it, I figured I would wait on that. Very clean design. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned that. Also, very cool to include the screw so I can bolt it down to the PCMCIA connector!

I got mine today. Asked him to do something to it, so it took a bit longer to get it out the door. When i picked it up of the floor i heard a noise, gave it a ever so slight wiggle, and heard a rattle. I bet my face would have been a pretty picture at that point.
As it turns out someone at the postoffice have stepped on it, so i had a bunch of bent pins, but i think i got everything aligned, and the noise... Thats was the screw...

Hi All,

Thanks for the kind words. Everyone who has paid has had their cards mailed. It seems some people get their mail a lot faster than others. Please allow 4 - 12 business days for delivery, All cards were mailed the next business day after i received payment (with the exception of the group buy as we waited for people to come forward). Sweden, Netherlands appear to be pretty fast places to mail to, UK & France is sporatic.

For those who were too late on this Batch, i made a second batch (Green in colour, rewired it slightly different, and made it a little longer. Second batch is expected Thursday of next week so shipping probably the following week (I'm also at the mercy of the mailman :)

For those who don't know, i have posted the guide and templates on my website, check it at www.kipper2k.com/forsale.html

(Yes, i know the website looks ugly, i have no enthusiasm for making it look pretty :)

Price of second batch will be the same.

Hi,

It still fits the same, i made it a little longer for the benefit of the people who are using it on an A1200 so they can secure it better to the PCMCIA adapter. It still works the same way.

Hi, Sorry, not sure if i replied to you or not, All sold out of the first batch, second batch will be here friday. Hopefully i can get some ready for mailing by Monday 18th April.

There is no limit to how many people want. Price is still the same as the first batch ($18 Cad each + $8.50 airmail shipping)

Second batch available

Hi All,

I have started assembling the second batch, I have 10 ready to be mailed out, and won't be able to build any more till i get back to Churchill 4th May, i have requests already for 4 so 6 left until beginning of May.

Heres a pic of what Rev 2 looks like

Colour is now green, and the board is slightly longer than the first batch to allow for better fitting in an A1200. Price is still the same @ $18 Cad + $8.50 shipping airmail. No more after this batch is planned
