I just bought a card that looks exactly like that, but it's a 3.3V card.
So i need to know what Elbox did to make it a 5V card so I can use it in my Mediator.
What I can see from the pictures posted in this thread it looks like I need a voltage regulator (at the back of the card) and a transistor (on the front).
But as I said, high-rec pics is very much appreciated so I can see what spec for those components are :)

Really I don't know about the mods realised by Elbox.
Time a go I bought three Radeons to Elbox and one is the showed here.
Now I'm out of my working/living place but on Friday/Saturday it's possible to make HR pics for you (of the two other boards) , no probs. :thumbsup:
