Nope. The PCIINFO file is purely for diagnostic purposes to show you what is attached to the PCI bus. Vendors.txt not required in S: directory either. Sorry, but you're very wrong!

Thanks my friend, you know how badly I want this mediator to work :smile: . I have two 060 mkii, 3640 and 030 . With all of them pciinfo recognize all pci boards but only with 030 I can run radeon monitor from devs without error from picture 2.
If it is not 100% that logic boards are the same I will send it with my daughter board to Steve.
Hi again my friend.
Of course, I can wait to Steve's test (or other people you want). As I said before, if he don't find a solution and you disagree, I can refund your money+shipping costs to my home without any problem. :)
But, please, don't take too much time to decide, because I have the cash reserved fo this, and I need the money for other projects. :roll:
I cross my fingers for you :thumbsup: as I know you wait long time for this PCI Kit.
All the best
I finally got the time to modify my Mediator 4000Di MK-II to allow it to use my 3.3V Radeon 256MB (added a +3.3V line to "PCI2" only)
Had a bit of trouble getting it to work... "Radeon" crached when doubleclicking on it in Devs:Monitors/
But with a lot of testing and using merlinkv's archive with the needed files i finally got it working and Workbench is now on 1280x1024 through DVI on my Radeon :cool:
I've attached the MedReport file so you can compare all libs/variables.
And the Radeon is in "PCI2" (second from bottom) which is the recommended slot (at least for OS4.x Classic)
MASTER: CLOSED
WINSIZE: CLOSED
SWAP CONFIG: CLOSED
Recommended slot/card configuration.
Mediator PCI 4000 Slot: Mediator Logic board (Bottom Slot)
PCI1: Nework Card
PCI2: Graphics Card
PCI3: Sound Card
PCI4: SATA Card (Top Slot)
I'm very happy now... DVI is sooooo sweet :D
@drbrain
My congratulations my friend... a great mod here!!!!!! :thumbsup:
It's possible for you to publish some pics? :)
Best wishes
I've updated my Tower conversion thread with a few pics of it...

It isn't very exciting to look at as it's only a cable soldered to the Mediator. But the result is very exciting :D

The main thing that stopped "Radeon" from craching with "8000004" was to change the WINSIZE to CLOSED (512MB), but you've already tested that with no luck?
And the final touch was a mix och merlinkv's files and trial and error :roll:
@bebek
Be careful m8....... your Radeon is 5v "moded" by Elbox......
@drBrain
I have matched your config (except PPC and other PCI cards) and still 80000004 whan run Radeon monitor ... :(
I have noticed a difference with Memspace0 from pccinfo: mine is showing $60000000-$67ffffff and yours $40000000-$4fffffff , I can accept address but the size is different...
@bebek
Testing with two different Elbox Radeons 9200 256MB -one is exactly like yours and the other, more new, have different caps- in the same A4K... the Memspaces 0 & 2, InterruptPin and ROM space are different in both cases.... :shrug:Quote:

All other descriptions (Vendor, ID's,...) are equal
The two boards works 100%
Hi!
I tested Bebek's riser card in my setup today with Voodoo 5 (I don't have any Radeon to try) but its working with the Voodoo:
