I've got two A3630 boards for sale (aka A3400).
The CPU is a EC030/25 and each board has a MC68882/25 (PLCC) FPU installed.

Selling for € 60 (PayPal only) each or € 110 for both the two cards.
Price is including shipping (Europe only).
