SOLD: Z3 Fastlane with 64Mb Ram.

One of so few. She's maxxed out with 64Mb of 60ns Ram. No original box, but the card is 100% fully functional & has the Latest v8.5 ROM fitted which is required for use with an 060. I can write the SCSI Tools to Floppy if required, though there is full support here with two options for downloads:

It is a real beauty indeed, a treasure actually. Would have bought it myself, but i have to calm down, been spending pretty much already. I suggest you go for it SDG, if you can, you won't regret it.

I'm definitely interested. What did you have this running in; I've got an A3000 I need to upgrade. Do you know anything about the 30 pin SIMM modules that would allow one to go upt to 256mb? I'll need to check my buster rev version in my present machine but will be back with you tomorrow. Any other big box items you want to get rid of?

to allow the use of 16MB 30pin sticks you will need an upgrade kit,

I belive that this kit consists of 4 replacement CLPD's and some modifying to the first 4 simm ports, I need to check my specs, Although Kinnie may well have more info on this :)

I have a rev 7 Buster so will need to upgrade. Will send you a PM.

To use the Z3 in an A3K, you need at least Buster Rev 9. BBoAH says it has to be a Buster 11 in the A3KD for ZORRO III cards to work right? - This is conflicting evidence & I have no Experience of the Z3 in an A3KD. RE Buster 9's, I have a couple of those in a spares box somewhere!

RE getting this card upgraded to use 16Mb Simms, you have more chance of finding rocking horse dung or a 9 legged spider in scuba gear! :|
