Hello guys, I'm looking for a Super Nintendo RGB Cable or A/V Connector (so I'll made this for myself).
I would buy also a N64/GameCube cable if there is the chance to modify it.
Cheers,
Oge

I happen to know the Gamecube and N64 scart cables are usable on the SNES as they all actually have the same port, no modding necessary
This is the best bang for your buck:

I got one from that guy just a few weeks ago. It does a great job and like AmiNeo says, It works on SNES, N64 and Gamecube since they all use the same output.
I want to modify the cable in order to obtain true RGB, it is okay if you can confirm me that the connector can be opened ;)
The PAL N64 does not support RGB... You will also need to remove the capacitors from a Gamecube RGB cable otherwise the screen will be too dark (or even black) on the Snes.
Here's a handy guide:

Ive used Gamecube scarts in SNES without any darkening of picture before??? Or do you mean if the mod is done???
Can you please confirm me that it truly outputs RGB? There is a bit of confusion browsing the web and that's why: N64 and Super Nintendo has a different pinout regarding RGB output, so someone has to be very careful chosing the proper cable.
A cable listed as RGB and claimed working for both N64 and Super Nintendo is not a RGB cable.
Some cheap Gamecube scart cables are not true RGB (they are usually sold as 'AV Scart' instead of 'RGB Scart')... The non-RGB Gamecube cables will work with a Snes without having to modify it. A true gamecube RGB cable will have capacitors that need to be removed if you want to use it with a Snes console (see the link in my previous post).
The Logic 3 cable in that ebay listing does not say anything about RGB... It only mentions 'AV' on the packaging.
Well, I am going to buy what it seems to be a genuine Super Nintendo RGB Cable.
I will accurately check if it will need capacitors and/or resistors in order to work, or if it will do its job flawlessly. Finally, I will test it using 3 different CRT TVs.
Shall I advise this cable in case it is okay or post a tutorial? There is a lot of confusion and I'd like to give my little contribution to people who are currently in doubt to avoid wasting their money buying unwanted cables.
Cheers,
Oge
P.S. Sega Genesis (Model I) leads to confusion as well, I'll try to address this later if I'll find the time to.
