Zydec MegaBoard for A500

Well, there it goes, i'm selling this A500 expansion that has been working on my A500 for a long time without issues, now i do use a KCS PowerPC board so i can't use the Zydec with it. Thus, it's time to let her go... :unsure:

The board performs 1mb FastRAM and has another 512k standard expansion attached to it, so we're talking about 1,5mb FastRam here. It also comes with the needed GARY adapter and it's in perfect shape.

In fact, this board will add 1Mb of pseudo FAST RAM to the Amiga, not real CPU-only FAST RAM.

Anyway, second in line to try to max out one if mine A500 to 1+1+8Mb RAM (TEN MEGABYTES OF RAM!).

I assume the expansion slot bus is related to the chipset but not to the CPU itself, right?

The trapdoor have the necessary RAM and address lines (but A21), Gary adaptor is used to add this line. Anyway, you can check the "fast" address using sysinfo or the built-in Amiga showconfig command (available in WB2.0 onwards).

Ranger memory is C00000 to D7FFFF (around 1.8Mb space) and real FAST RAM starts on 200000 and ends on 9FFFFF (8Mb total).
