Pin #1 is marked as such on the PCB with a silkscreened "1" at one of the connector's corners (the one closest to the U103 chip).
Or you can look at the underside of the board, #1 has a square solder pad (vs round ones for the rest).
While looking at the underside you can also verify that the middle of the three rows (pins 6-10) is indeed all grounds.
The other link doesn't seem of particular interest with respect to pinouts as it's just the mechanical specifications of the plug,

Will you provide circuitry for the tick signal too (I suppose you'll be using an ATX power supply, not a genuine one)?
