ok, this is so mad i am actually feeling a little embarrased for asking this...
is it possible to run TWO tv's or monitors on an A1200 so both screens are doin different things on each! (I'm meaning like with PC's you can have 2 different desktops with different stuff on each!)

Nope, AFAIK you cannot extend the Workbench over two screens.
You could use a VGA Monitor for RTG Workbench and a 1084 for example of RGB for Games, but its switched between the two.

That is the Indivision ECS tho, so not for the 1200.
Indivision AGA doesn't do this.
No word on whether the new Indivision AGA MK2 will be able to do this when released.

From what I've read and understood about these FF/SDs, that's because with the ECS Indy they essentially designed an ECS Denise replacement (which is why the ECS modes are available for display through the Indy even if you have an OCS Denise, as long as the ECS Agnus is present, also other custom modes are available). That's also why the ECS Indy is not restricted to the Denise socket, all it needs is to 'sit' somewhere with access to the Chip RAM bus (i.e. an A603/4 RAM expansion for the A600).
So with the appropriate driving scheme the 'master' Indy could pass along video data meant for the 'slave' Indy to it, on a colour-clock-tick basis, instead of using it for its own buffer. But since the available bandwidth is fixed there will be limitations either in color depth or maximum resolution or effective refresh rate when driving two Indies vs what one can get driving a single display.
The Indy AGA approach on the other hand seems simpler, it just collects the colour data from the RGB pins and monitors the timing and if it's something it understands, it generates a SD and/or FF'ed display. So as long as the actual memory bus isn't accessed, I doubt it's even possible to have two AGA Indies as separate display devices (mechanical connection problems aside).
So maybe the relative simplicity of the OCS/ECS Amiga family allowed them to design something a bit more conceptually versatile.
