crystal "clear" xbox Not 360.

Hello again i just finished moding a clear crystal xbox.
they are usualy described as "rare" I class them as "less common"
Any way the specs are almost the same as the last box.
But i will state as follows

40GB hard disk with XBMC. along with coinops2 emulator.
(emulates arcade games, ps1, snes megadrive .. well a whole bunch of stuff.)
I can also include SCUMMVM
(allows you to play your classic lucas arts games like monkey island(s) maniac mansion day of the tentacle excetera, emulates these games from multiple platforms, along with many other point and click games)
Leaving aproximatly 5Gb free space.

This is a v1.6 board and works flawlessly.
comes with 1 crystal controller. av and power cables.
can play dvd movies, region free capable, Can play disk backups. has a samsung second revision dvd drive
Because it is a crystal box i have not added any lighting

and you get to chose two free games from the following list (original not back ups)

Hitman2 silent assassin
World Snooker championship 2005
The punisher (case has seen better days)
Defjam fight for ny
dead or alive 3 (book is all torn)
The sims get a life
Spy Vs Spy
project gotham racing
Comandos 2 Men of courage
WCR world championship rugby "the official game of the england rugby team"
Splinter cell
Spy hunter
Brothers in arms road to hill 30.

The last xbox was £10 less than i am asking for this one because it was a standard black one,
The price for this one is £35 + Postage which should be aproximatly £9 via citylink, "Uk main land"

If you want i also have silentscope and a lightgun, But they would be an additional cost of £15 But the light gun will work with roms that support light gun.

"NOTE: I can only guarantee the light gun will work on crt tv's, and they need brighness to be prety darn high to work as they use reflective light from the game"

Please can you confirm if the ROMs included are freely distributable, or if not, can you remove them from the advert? We're pretty strict about copyright here on Amibay and abandonware isn't a legally recongised concept, so unless you know the authors have released these games into the public domain, it's not appropriate to include them in a listing here.

Otherwise, good luck with your sale!

Not 100% on the freely distributable. So il just remove that part. im prety sure its worth the money just for the box and hdd upgrade though. so should'nt be detrimental to the add. If needed i can remove them from the hard drive, But it took me close to 5 hours to ftp them on there lol.

Just adding that i also now have a black xbox with 40gb hard disk same relitive spec but with a v1.0 motherboard.
The only controller i have that can be shipped with this one can only be discribed as "temprimental"
So its being offerd up at £23 + shipping. (SOLD TO OTHER FORUM GUY) "payment recived"

(Price change).
I have meanwhile Flashed this xbox's bios making hard disk upgrades simple for any one.
the bios is also capable of utilizing 128Mb of ram, although i cannot solder the extra ram to the board if you have the confidence to try it your self i will happily give you ram to solder on there.

The price is now £28 + Shipping.

This is a hardware modification, not a softmod.

The controller is modified to accept usb input devices though.
and does work, it's simply frustrating when gaming.

It has no snazzy case lighting but does comes with XBMC and Coinops 2 with a choice any 2 of these games:

as with all others the xbox is region free can support HD output (hd cable not supplied) can play game backups

After these 2 sell i will only have 2 other black ones left and i wont be selling any more.
again they are being advertized in loot and on my other forum.

I am wating on some controllers so if you are interested in the black one but would prefer to wait untill i have the controllers let me know.

thats ok. these things happen.
if it had been a black one i would have considerd an offer as i have a few of those but only one clear one.

in a way the black ones are better for people who may want to upgrade the hard disk later and dont want to open a pc to prepair the new hard disk.
but the clear ones were limited editions "but i still dont call them rare lol"
