TurboDemoCard 2Mhz turbo for C64 (new board)

hello,
This is my second post on this nice forum. I want to introduce you my latest hardware project for C64. TDC (little) is 2Mhz speeder working with C64 new board. To use it you have to replace VIC and SID from board and put TDC in to socket. If you want to have compatibility to 100% software made for C64 you have to solder one wire to SHARP chip or leave it and use plenty of software witch use c128 mode on C64.

I pressed turbo button during presentation, so slow=1Mhz fast = ca.2Mhz.
Compare it with original demo from OXY.

TDC Little final should have:
- turbo mode with turbo switch (two diff. modes)
- DL, display list (eg. FLI without CPU use.... yes it's easy)
- dual sid (MONO)
- one channel 8-bit dac, simple design.
So what do you think about it?

Yes, XU1541 is free to use PCB project , if you want to make your own cable. It fits in standard chassis. It's tested and works.

I wonder, when it will be ready for order ;)

There are two different projects:
1.TDC-F with Spartan 2 (XC2S100) - prototype - 1 working card, with variety of testing modules, e.g. colour changer (as is on my avatar) dma support etc.
2. TDC-L with XC95144XL - prototype - 3 working cards, testing with some different ideas inside, it can do colour change, in 1x8pix or 1x4pix,or it can write to vic register during raster line (Display List), or run CPU faster then 2Mhz on TOP and BOTTOM borders and during V-sync (but it disable VIC from reading). All possibilities cannot exists together it's only 144mcels.

- speed improved to 4MHZ on top/bottom borders:
I've used benchmark from http://www.commodore128.org/index.php?topic=1116.0
So:
without turbo = 1m41s
2Mhz turbo = 47s => 2,14x faster
2/4Mhz turbo = 36s => 2,8x faster.

as I read on that forum.. someone with a Chameleon64
had "With Turbo at 2Mhz = 87 " and yours @ 2Mhz ... 47s !
