I have a Amiga 1200 motherboard REV 1A. When I bought the board I discovered that it had a color issue. It shows the colors wrong, instead of blue it shows light green. I thought this was becouse the caps was to old and I changed them all.
But now when I just changed them I have the exact same problem :o
Do you guys have any suggestion what can be the problem?
could it be that the monitor is at fault and not the A1200?
can you test the amiga on another screen?
No it´s not the montiors fault, Im sure of this becouse I use this on other amigas.
Check the resistors on the back of the RGB connector, chances are one is cracked.
Ok, I changed all resistors on the first line behind the connector, and I still got the green hue.
I tried with the Indivision AGA and bam great colors!
What can be the problem if indy works but the RGB gives a green hue?
Same green hue via the Composite connector too?
If not, you could try resoldering the RGB connector pins to eliminate a cold joint possibility, pins 3, 4 & 5 carry the analogue RGB signals respectively, of course if that solves it you might want to resolder the rest too.
similar problem in a600, cap 10micro near rf have broken one or 2 line from transistor rgb to ic smd, repair the line to solve
Ok first of all thank you for trying to help.
Now I have tried to resolder the RGB connector without any result.
The redrings on my attched picture shows what components that I changed. I still have that green hue.

thanks for photo, i am out of my home, the cap arethe c460 and the c21x, under the caps you can find the signal rgb from transistor to U12 see the schematics
I´ll think you can help me piacc64. I´ll wait untill you get back home. Im a newbie reading schematics so im not getting any smarter looking at it :lol:
