Firstly, thanks for your post! It was not me who did the overclock, this is how the card came to me.
On inspection the 64mhz x-tal isn't even properly soldered in place, it has been pushed into the old solder holes :o
So with that I was able to easily swap it for a 50mhz one, and to my surprise with all my zorro cards in place including the PicassoIV it has booted first time :bowdown:
It remains to be seen if it will boot next time, but I take this as a good sign. I just hope no lasting damage has been done.
It was strange becuase without the zorro cards the CSPPC would always boot at 64mhz, I guess it just gets unstable when you add expansions?
I'll update ya'll, but I think I will need to get someone to fit the x-tal properly as I don't want to put my soldering iron anywhere near this card! :butcher
