Hmm, how is about this for an idea to save you some cash. I could take the backplates off all of them so they lie a little slimmer, then I should be able to squeeze them into one 'large letter' for £1.46:

Large letter dimensions:
Length:353mm max
Width:250mm max
Thickness:25mm max
Weight:750g max

The reason I have to take the backplates off is that they are about 20mm wide, and the bubble packing can be slightly more than 5mm. I might have to use two envelopes depending on how I can stack them.

EDIT: The backplates will be in the envelope, just lieing down rather than sideways on, if that makes sense.
EDIT2: Total price by this method be between £6.34 or £8.68 if I have to use two packets, so average it out to £7.50 inc shipping?
