256k x1 AND 1Mx4 DIP chips

I'm looking for some 256k x1 DIP chips to populate a Microbotics M501.

Card was given to me with battery leakage (now cured with lemon juice) but totally unpopulated.

So I'm after 16 chips.

This must be cheap, otherwise the card will remain as is and then framed to the wall to show how was in the early Amiga days.:)

Also in need for four units of 1M x4 DIP RAM to upgrade my A500 to 2Mb RAM (validating the 2Mb hack from A2000 to A500).

Hello rkauer,
PM sent for 1Mx4.

TBTorro also provided me the 1Mx4 chips (which don't reach my hands yet: postal services are on strike from almost two weeks).

So I'm still searching for the 16 pieces of 256k x 1.
