I'm selling ZIP ram which can be used with several pieces of Amiga hardware, for instance Amiga 3000, the Oktagon 2008 SCSI controller, AlfaData ram expansion for A1200, and many more.
I have a total of 6 MB, 2 MB of OKI chips marked M514400C-70Z and 4 MB of Toshiba chips marked TC514402AZ-70. The chips has been tested in an Amiga 3000.
I'm asking 15 UKP per 2 MB, 40 UKP for all 6 MB. Shipping costs not included in the stated price. I can ship worldwide and PayPal is accepted as a gift payment.
Just to help the sale a little: every chip code that start with "5" is a static column RAM chip.
So, those you have are 1M x4, 70ns static column RAM chips.

Just to be clear:
M514400C-70Z is PageMode model (70ns).
TC514402AZ-70 is StaticColumn model (70ns) in ZIP package.
- mixed ZIP RAM are not advise (e.g.: for A3000). Same manufacturer & Speed are better choice.
