I think that's what Italians and Turks would say to mean that what they are selling is really good and works perfectly and was never fixed. (at least that's what Turks always do here :D )

Yes. At least, this is the real thing sold back in the day in Commodore shops and it is still sealed.

Here in Italy these shops were called "Commodore Point":
