Congrats Virge, but I'd like to ask the mods if the interest queue applies to swap threads also?
Just to make sure everything is cool here, as the deal with Virge was made without proper communication with Parski on my side. That is to say Parski didn't first hear and decline my full offer (since we agreed to communicate after Christmas for the exact deal) before making the deal with Virge.
I'd like to point out that there is no hard feelings whatsoever, but still would be nice to know for future threads if the seller is allowed to consider any offers regardless of the order of the interests declared - because that is I think a bidding-like activity (knowing this, offers could have the tendency to "trump" each other).
