Hi there,
I have an old A4000 that I was about to put up for sale but if you are interested I could send you some pics etc.
It's a standard A4000 with a CF hard drive in it BUT it is a bit tempramental. By that I mean it can sometimes take several boots to get it into workbench. Once it's running it's fine though. I had it at Replay. Would be looking for £225 plus postage for it.
Let me know if you're interested and I'll get more detail to you and pictures etc. Has a Keyboard and mouse.
Cheers
John

Hi Jaco,
The system is an Amiga 4000 - Rev 11 "Super" Buster. 2 MB chip, 16MB Fast, CF->IDE adapter with 1GB drive.
Processor is Commodore 68030 board. A3630. 3.1 ROMs. Standard Keyboard and Mouse. And a bog standard CD ROM drive (although this isn't plugged in and I'm not sure if it works - it's just filling the space really).
The floppy drive is an HD floppy drive.
I have installed Classic Workbench on the CF drive and there is of course a bunch of games etc installed.
Although the machine was quite tempramental at Replay in November and sometimes took several attempts to boot fully into workbench - it booted fine every time I tried it tonight but you should still regard it as tempramental and I'm selling it as such (and price reflects that I think).
Pictures attached :)
Cheers

Oh - and FB left also :)

Thanks a million John. Really appreciate it. Can't wait for it!

John, the beauty arrived today, thanks!
I'm already giving her a thorough isopropyl clean. I'm suspecting the instability lies either in dodgy ram or weak psu. However, I've tried my two 4mb simms I had and she seems stable as a rock now..
Left feedback btw!

Ideal :) Hope that's what it was then and she stays stable for many years for you.
Cheers
