3.5 inch hard disk desktop sata

I need an extra hard disk to put another os on my main pc.

20GB should be enough, sata is best. I do not like 5400 drives should be quicker.

Please shipping plus asking price!

I have a spare 40gb drive i recently bought from fitzsteve. Its new in wrappings. I got it for a project i have now cancelled. I paid £5 so will be looking to just make my money back. Will get more details when i get to a proper pc.

Ok, Postage will be £3.71. Thats not tracked or anything special. With tracking it jumps to £8.66!

The drive is SATA (both power and data), and is a Diamond Max 20 (model number 6P040W0) It is a 7200.9 drive

I will give you a choice of the new-still-sealed drive, or one I have unpacked and installed freedos on as a tester.

As I paid £5 for the drive, with the cheapest postage and making my money back, I'd ask for £8.71. PM me if you're interested ;)

Are you sure it can be shipped for that amount? I think if you asked it to me it would be at least 3x to UK (I do not wan't you to loose on money on me)(though it has gotten cheaper this year because we are "neighbours")

I have the sata psu connector type - I am typing on the branded c= gaming psu.

I just packed & weighed it up - it sneaks in just under 500g, so that is £3.71 according to our postal calculator: http://www.royalmail.com/price-finder for a "5 day non-tracked" service.

Don't worry about your post service. Ours can be crazy at times. I recently sent a couple of identical small but light parcels, one to UK, another to Europe. It was cheaper to send the one to Europe. :blink:
