HxC Floppy Emulator and Transparent External Enclosure

I saw this idea on EAB (Fitzsteve) and thought I'd try and make one myself. The original EAB thread for this is http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?...xc+transparent

Its not a perfect professional quality finish, see the photos, but its a nice external enclosure for the same price as a new HxC emulator. The top is not fixed to the sides as I opened it up regularly. I used this on my CDTV and A500. SD not included.

Is it the version that allows writing on amiga images?
How does it power?
What does that mean that the top is not fixed? Is the box loose?

Powered by external floppy drive port cable

Top lid just sits on the sides, with the extended buttons passing through.

I decided not to fix it on as I was tinkering with it often

I never expected interest, so was willing to make a loss (considering materials and floppy interface), I wish I had set the price a bit higher now...
