I have for sale one CyberSCSI module for the CyberStorm MKII board for A4000 computers.
This is sold as seen, as I don't have any SCSI device to test it. If there is another way to test that it works, I'll do that for you of course.

The seller of the CS MkII said to me that a cybscsi would most likely not work with mine as it is overclocked to 75mhz. Can anyone confirm that? If that's the case then I need to consider to clock it down to 50mhz, thus get a 50mhz crystal.
Anyone smart here?
Yep, an overclocked CS MK2 will not work properly with a SCSI module.
