Just sharing a few pics, I got my Indi AGA MkII today so immediately testing in my A1200 :)

Nice clear image through DVI but no way on this screen to adjust the position of the image so off to Jen's site to get the config tool :coffee:

I still can't use PAL/NTSC modes on this screen, only 1024x768 HighGFX is working. I have to wait for the update before I can use this screen, but I will try another screen later.Quote:

Tried with another screen, my output is shifted to the right(see the black bar on the left, exactly the same as the other screen.) I guess I need to config tool to adjust that. I'm a bit disappointed it was sent out that way, I hope others don't have the same issue.

For what it's worth, my MK1 sometimes "shifts" a bit but generally if you hit the auto configure button on the monitor it does it's thing and corrects itself in an instant.

Having a great day off mate lol, you cannot correct this for some reason the black bar is always there on PAL/NTSC modes.
If you use other modes then the screen fits as intended, here's the HD720, this is awesome :cool:

You need a quality 1280x720x16 color desktop background now though ;)
It's actually brilliant to have all that space to move around in - TurboCalc Spread sheets actually become usable for one thing.
If people need 1280x720@16 it's not difficult to create another set for them :P

I guess Iīm going to have to use the rom raisers and try to then fit this and fastata and bvision in a special "case". Now I just need new wirestraps as I managed to cut them, brilliant idea that was. Have to go shopping.
I think Iīve gone past using the desktop case for my crazy plans as I cant do the keyboard cutting. (Should have that case for a simple and silent 1260 build.)
My primary worry is: How the *censored* do I connect indy aga mk2 to BMON monitor switcher :help:
And if I canīt do that then where do I get amiga rgb to bvision cable.

Really looking forward to getting set up. My 1200 looks a bit of a mess because it's got a thwacking big Apollo 1260 attached and I don't have the luxury of a tower case.
That might be next on the agenda!
i relised too and orderd a second set and put a ticket in to get posted together but :( indy was dispatched alone nevermind will have to try without fastata machine

hi steve what if any speed differnce is there between the amount of colours shown eg 16/256
It's hard to benchmark with just Fast Ram as it's pretty slow full stop with Classic WB ADV SP which isn't really designed to be used on Fast Ram only, I'll be able to give more of a guide once I drop a proper turbo board in there :)Quote:

To be honest I'm a bit disappointed, all screen modes show vertical banding and shadowing/ghosting... possibly just my monitor, although I've tested with two different screens with the same results. Is it possible I'm just unlucky and will need to use the config tool?
Does the hard drive cradle fit over it steve ? Forgive my noobishness but ive never used an indy but i am considdering the mk2

So am I right in thinking the Indy AGA MkII allows a screen resolution of 1024 X 768 on a standard vga/dvi monitor in workbench.

The ADV/SP/OS3.5/9 versions run slow on less than 030 so with 030+ you should have a nice setup.
