Pentium PC with 3Dfx
For sale:
No longer needed by me , i have gently upgraded this to a games playing PC for DOS and Windows games.
Spec:
Windows 98
Pentium 3 450mhz
AGP port
2x USB
Voodoo 3 PCi
512mb PC100 ram (NEW) (was 64)
8.5 GB hard drive (fresh format and install)
1.44mb floppy
SOund blaster live Pci
PS2 windows keyboard
PS2 optical mouse
Games:
SIN
Benchmark
3Dmark
Condition -
Dust free - blown out and wiped down. Psu blown thru. White (cream) tower thats very heavy. Some marks and scratches on the tower paint as you would expect at this age.
To Do:
Unsure if i installed DOS sound drivers - that may need to be done.
USB mass storage driver installed , so it will read large USB devices (like my 4gb)
cost of this wonderful beast ? £40 + £12 postage.

NOT interested. (because the postage costs would kill me and so would my wife)
But wishing you nice sale. Looks like a wonderful piece of retro hardware. I think 512 is maximum amount of memory for win98 unless I´m mistaken. I have had a few retro lan events with friends and it has always been a blast. For potential buyers I would recommend Carmageddon, Viper Racing and Action Quake 2 for lantastic retro pc moments :thumbsup:
