Which revision MD1? Is it non-TMSS?

Don't you believe me? All the PAL MK1 systems with the printed white text behind the cartridge slot are model 1600-03... The other PAL MK1 systems are model 1601-03 (these don't have the white printed text or an EXT port).Quote:

The MK1 Mega Drive in the last photo should be the non-TMSS version with the model number 1600-03, which is also the version with the best audio quality (alongside the MK1 Japanese Mega Drive... Not too sure about the MK1 Genesis as i've never owned one and wouldn't want one either :p).

It's hard to confuse a PAL Mega Drive with an NTSC one, unless it's the Asian PAL model found in parts of China and Thailand (it looks very similar to the Japanese model ;)).Quote:
